Mrs. Homer Braden, 27 years old, died last Thursday. Funeral services were conducted Friday at the Shipman Cemetery by the Rev. Ledyard of Sparta. Burial was also in the cemetery under the direction of the Chaffin Funeral Home of Ozark. She was married to Homer Braden Aug. 8, 1929, and five children, Louis Everett, Mary Lucille, Lawrence Ray, Lelah Mae, and Emogene, were born. Besides her husband and children she is survived by her father, L.H. Johnson of Conway; one sister, Mrs. Fred Newberry of California; and four brothers, Bert of Forsyth, Jessie of Springfield, and Wilbur and Hermann of California.
