She was born in Tennessee and came to Oklahoma City in 1954 from Arizona. She was a member of Nicoma Park Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include four sons, Charles Edward, Midwest City, James E., U. S. Air Force, Philippine Islands, Joe Maxey, Houston, and Tom Maxey, Artesia, Calif., and three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Tucker, Riverside, Calif., Mrs. Nellie Coleman, Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Georgia Smith, of the home."
