OBITUARY :
INEZ MARGARET HOVERMALE, 75, of 18111 Clearway Drive, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D. C.

Born March 23, 1933 in Wolfsville, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Huron L. and Pearl B. Hayes Johnson.

She was formerly employed with L'Aiglon Manufacturing.

She was a member of the Grossnickle Church of Brethren.

She bowled with a Mixed League at Dual Lanes.

She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Hovermale, Sr.; two daughters, Andrea L. Melvin of Leesburg, Virginia, and Jennifer A. Page of Tucson, Arizona; one step-daughter, Lois D. Lapole of Hagerstown; one step-son, Robert L. Hovermale, Jr. of Cumberland, Maryland; two sisters, Edith K. Brashears of Hagerstown, and Lois E. Johnson of Myersville, Maryland; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Basil L. Johnson, and Reginald L. Johnson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Rev. Robert V. Robinson will officiate. Burial will be in Grossnickle Church of Brethren Cemetery in Myersville, Maryland.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, P. O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, Virginia 23058.
