She was born July 18, 1920, at Idaho Falls, to James A. and Nina Plott Henrie. She was raised by her aunt, Mary Plott, in Dubois, where she was educated.
On Sept. 21, 1940, she married Loy H. Johnson. They lived in Idaho Falls until their move to Twin Falls 12 years ago. Her illness recently took them to Boise.
She enjoyed her home, family and friends. She will long be remembered and missed by those who knew her.
Survivors include her husband; children, Mrs. Melvin (Meredith) Stevens, Mrs. Chuck (Sherry) Garey, and Clint Johnson; two sisters, Mary Carter of Walla Walla, Wash., and Jane "Toots" Staggie of Idaho Falls; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter and a brother.
