A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 12 at Fairfield Nazarene Church for Hazel Knox Bennett of Eugene. She died of age-related causes June 6 at age 90.
She was born March 23, 1916, in Havre, Mont., to Luther and Iva Knox Johnson. She married John Bennett on Nov. 7, 1941, in Vancouver, Wash. He died April 23, 1986.
She had worked as a sales clerk at Petersen-Arne Craft Wholesale and as a senior care provider for Ivanora and Valley West Health Care, retiring when she was 85.
Survivors include two sons, Luther of Eugene and John of Tucson, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Lane Memorial Gardens.
