Funeral services were held Saturday morning in St. Mary's Cathedral with the Very Rev. Leo Keating celebrating requiem high mass. Burial was in Grand Island Cemetery.
He was born June 20, 1882, at Elba to Mr. and Mrs. Leo Jezewski. The family moved to Ashton a few years later. He married Bridget Wardyn at Ashton June 28, 1904. There he was employed by the Jamrog Company and the Galczenski company. In 1912, he moved with his family to Loup City to work for the Mason firm until his retirement seven years ago. Among the survivors is Mrs. Michael Galczenski, a sister, of Loup City.
