Isabelle J. Gilman, 75, Grasmere Apartments, died Monday at her home.

Mrs. Gilman was a waitress at the Kinney Drugs lunch counter for 12 years, and also was a waitress at B&M Restaurant and McKenna's Restaurant.

Born Aug. 24, 1922, in Louisville, a daughter of William and Charlene Lalonde Jerome, she attended Massena schools and married Leon Gilman on Nov. 25, 1940, in the Church of the Sacred Heart with the Rev. Gerald Kellogg officiating. Mr. Gilman died Aug. 15, 1984.

Surviving are two sons, Frederick A. and Rick; a daughter, Mrs. Bernard (Sandra) Campbell; three brothers, Allan William Jerome, Rolland Jerome and James Jerome; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A brother, Raymond Jerome, two sisters, Gladys Compo and Doris Jandrew, and a granddaughter died before her.

The funeral was held at Phillips Memorial Home at the convenience of the family. Burial was made in Visitation Cemetery, Norfolk.
