Mrs. Pauline Vassie Jernigan Bass, 76, of Goodspring, died Sunday, March 20, 1988, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 23, at Bennett May Chapel with the Rev. Mack Pinkelton and the Rev. Michael O'Bannon officiating. Burial was in Giles Memory Garden.
A native of Giles County, Mrs. Bass was the daughter of the late M. F. and Hattie Phillips Jernigan and was married to the late Ervin Bass.
