Mrs Mary B Anderson, 81, a former Battle Lake MN resident, who had been living in St Paul, died at the Midway hospital. St Paul. In June 1957 she suffered a stroke losing her eyesight and since then had been living with her daughters in St Paul. On Oct 5 she suffered another stroke which was the cause of her death.

Mary Bertina Jensen, daughter of Mr and Mrs Ludwig Jensen was born Dec 14 1877 in Clitherall township.

She was married June 27, 1903 to Frank August Anderson of Eagle Lake.

Her husband preceded her in death and two daughters Margaret and Helen and a son Milo.

Survivers are two daughters Mrs Harold (Dorothy) St Paul; Mrs Elmer (Mildred) Weltzin; a grandson Ronald Weltzin; one sister Mrs Mathilda Storstad Battle Lake; and three brothers, Martin, George and Oscar all of Battle Lake.

Funeral services will be in the Eagle Lake Church and interment will be in the church cemetery.
