Daughter of Captain Samuel and Anne (Hichborn) Jameson. She was the 2nd wife of Maine politician, John Anderson. It is said, "was a woman of rare beauty and intellect, whose brilliant social qualities and wide benevolence added greatly to her husband's success in life and to the happiness of all who knew her."

She is buried in the Anderson family tomb with her husband.
