She was married to Louis Couch (1875-1943).
A resident of 1020 Horton Street, Nashville, she was about 75 years old and a widow when she died at 515 Ash Street, Nashville on March 29, 1956 of cardio-renal vascular disease. Burial was two days later in Greenwood Cemetery, Nashville.
