Flora Isley Aycock

HARTSELLE — Funeral for Flora Isley Aycock, 99, of Hartselle will be Monday at 11 a.m. at McKendree United Methodist Church with the Rev. Virgil Bohn and the Rev. David Parker officiating. Mrs. Aycock's body will be at the church one hour before the service.

Burial will be in Herring Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Aycock died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2003, at her home. She was born Nov 10, 1903, in Morgan County to Walter Branson Isley and Mary Elizabeth Breedlove Isley. She was a member of McKendree United Methodist and belonged to United Methodist Women.

She was the wife of the late John Terry Aycock.

Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Besnyl of Hartselle and Terry Boyd of Decatur; one brother, the Rev. B. B. Isley of Hartselle; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Mike Durand, Milford Fields, Bill Lewis, Garland Roper, Derrell Shelton and Weston Shelton.

Memorials may be made to McKendree United Methodist Church.
