She was born in Kane Sept. 6, 1881, a daughter of Samuel and Hanna (Wood) Ingham.
Surviving are her husband, Edgar A. Hainley; two daughters, Mrs. William Gallaway of Juniata and Mrs. Ralph Goodman of Altoona; seven sons, John, George, Merle, Lawrence, Karl and Paul, all of Altoona, and Richard of Washington, D.C.; 23 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Martha Nothnagle of Altoona.
Mrs. Hainley was a member of the Mennonite church of Altoona. Friends will be received at the Mauk & Yates funeral home after 8 o'clock this evening.
