She was born Oct. 3, 1928, in Mill Spring, Mo., daughter of the late Belvey and Mary (Bunyard) Ijames.
She was united in marriage to George Edward Harris Oct. 10, 1959. He preceded her in death Feb. 22, 2007.
Mrs. Harris attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. She had worked for a real estate company as a residential agent. She was a member of the Hazelwood Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Jim (Cynthia) Harris, Huntington Beach, Calif.; one brother, Sam (Margie) Ijames, Mountain Grove.
The funeral was held July 3 at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont, with Rev. Mark McMullin officiating and music by Glendell Twidwell and Jeanette Turnbough.
Pallbearers were Jim Harris, Jeff Ijames, Clyde Shearrer, Butch Burch and Glen Griffin. Burial was in Masonic Cemetery, Piedmont, Mo.
