POUGHKEEPSIE - Audrey Mae Hyslip, 92, of Poughkeepsie died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2004, in an Ash Flat nursing home.
Born Aug. 11, 1912, near Poughkeepsie, she was the daughter of Emmett and Maggie Huckabee Morgan. She was a homemaker and a member of Bettis Town Church of Christ.
Survivors include a daughter, Irene; four sisters, Delphia, Violet, Dovie, and Emma; a grandson, Joe, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Everett Hyslip; an infant son, Kenneth Hyslip; two brothers, Coy Morgan and Roy Morgan; an infant sister; and four half brothers, Jimmy Morgan, Hence Morgan, Walter Morgan and Henry Jones.
The funeral was at 10 a.m. today at Bettis Town Church of Christ near Poughkeepsie with C.C. Baird officiating.
Burial was in Spotts Cemetery in Poughkeepsie under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
