Amy Elizabeth Wiggins Huffstetler, 56 of 456 North McGuire Street went to be with the Lord Jan. 21, 2009, at Gaston Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Gaston County, daughter to the late Loyd and Mary L. Wiggins.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Michael Huffstetler who loved each other dearly. One son, Michael Huffstetler Jr. and his wife Lisa Huffstetler. Grandchildren, Courtney, Ashley, Noah and Dalton Huffstetler, Shelby and Hillary Hilton. Sister, Betty McLemore and her husband John of Gastonia, sister Teresa McDonald of Granite, Ohio. Sisters-in-law, Glenda Huffstetler, Donna Huffstetler, Nancy Huffstetler, Betty Waters, Emily Walter, Pat Ivey, Debra Townsend and Janice Moss. Brothers-in-law, Butch Huffstetler, Keith Huffstetler, Todd Huffstetler, Rev. James Townsend, Jimmy Walter, Dean Waters and Clarence Moss.

She was a member of Independent Baptist Tabernacle in Dallas, North Carolina.

Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at Independent Baptist Tabernacle, Dallas, North Carolina with the Revs. Ralph Carver, Ronnie Wilson and Paul Moss officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Independent Baptist Tabernacle.

Memorials may be made to the Independent Baptist Tabernacle.
