Glen F. Huenefeld, 69 of Marthasville was with his loving family when he passed away early Saturday morning at his home. He was born on July 30, 1947 to Armin and Mary (Grossi) Huenefeld in Washington, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Melinda Hellebusch on July 13, 2012 in Warren County, Missouri.
Before anything else, Glen was a very caring, loving and giving family man. He was very close to his entire family. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Glen enjoyed reading and was a genius at math. He loved racing muscle cars, especially his '69 YENKO Chevelle. He enjoyed going to gun shows and was an FFL gun dealer. He was a wealth of useful information and loved trivia.
He was preceded in death by his parents Armin and Mary.
Glen is survived by his loving wife Melinda, three children Kim Beck, Eric Huenefeld and Kyle Huenefeld, three grandchildren Hannah, Alexis, Logan, one brother Alan Huenefeld and wife Lori, one nephew Troy, two nieces Rachel and Kelsey, many other relatives and friends.
A visitation for Glen will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home in Marthasville. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Immanuel United Church of Christ in Holstein at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
