Marlyne "Marcy" Freeman, 83, a resident of Sun City Las Vegas, passed away Nov. 29, 2012. Marcy was born Dec. 2, 1928, in Philadelphia. She was a cancer survivor of 43 years, a life-member of City of Hope, Hadassah, and a member of Temple Bet Knesset. Marcy was preceded in death by her life-long husband, of almost 60 years, Mal Freeman. They were always in love with each other. She is survived by her two children, Beth Zetoony and Michael Freeman; grandchildren, Michelle Nudell, David Zetoony, Paul and Michaela Freeman; and great- grandchildren, Samantha, Ari and Avi. Marcy has been blessed with some dear friends, for which she has always been grateful. Memorial services will be at 9:20 a.m., Friday, Dec. 7, in the chapel at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
