Ruby Horne Arnold (1917-1949) was the daughter of Joseph N. "Joe" Horne (1886-1939) and Minter Watkins Horne (1890-1920.) Soon after her mother's death Mr. Horne married the recently divorced Zena Rodgers Allegood Horne (1902-1976.) United States Census enumerations show that Ruby lived in Colquitt County, Georgia, in 1920, 1930, and 1935; in 1940 she was divorced, living in Atlanta, and working as a stenographer.

Although she died in DeKalb County, Georgia, Ruby's residence at the time was in Ben Hill County, Georgia.

As of December 2013 this plot (4 L 35 4th East) held seven graves:
1. Infant Daughter McKown (1927-1927),
2. M. T. Horne (1890-1929),
3. Mary Nell Horne (1908-1925),
4. Joe Nick Horne (1920-1934),
