Margie Lee Horne, 81, of Statham, GA passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2014.

A native of Royston, GA, Mrs. Horne was the daughter of the late Loyd and Myrtle Sheridan Hill and was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Horne; sisters, Ann Hendrix and Dorothy Fowler; brothers, FC Hill and Billy Hill; great-grandson, Tyler Reeder, and special friend, Leroy Burell. She was a retired supervisor with Active Ware and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include daughter, Brenda Kay Wilson and husband, Ronnie of Statham; sisters, Betty Bond, Mary Donna Carey, Brenda Lunsford all of Royston and Martha McKern of Cannon; granddaughters, Tammy Reeder of Sandy Springs and Tina Miller of Hull, and great-grandchildren, Zachary and Brittany Miller of Hull and Grant, Kara, and Carson Reeder of Sandy Springs.

Funeral services will be held 1PM Friday, September 5th in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev. Corey Pulliam officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7-9PM Thursday, September 4th at Bernstein.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association , Georgia Chapter, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 550, Atlanta, GA 30346.

Bernstein Funeral Home and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
