Tuffy was preceded in death by his parents, wife, step son, Herschel Owen, his sisters, Eunice Fulmer; Jewell Fry; Lera Roper; Vera Clark and his brother Leonard Horn.
He is survived today by his daughter, Donna Horn Kelton of Denton, TX; grandchildren, Casie James and Justin; great grandchildren, Jordan Florance and Alex James.
