Christopher Neil Horine, 42, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville. He was a native of Shelbyville and was the owner of CH Lawn Care. He attended Christ Community Church. He was a huge University of Louisville supporter and was a member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed being physically fit by working out and playing different kinds of sports, while supporting any sports in which his sons participated. He also had a great interest in fast cars and collecting guns. He was preceded in death by his father, David Young Horine Jr. He is survived by his sons, Cameron and Caden Horine, both of Shelbyville; mother, Linda Blair Davis (Charles) of Shelbyville; brother, Nic Horine (Suzy) of Shelbyville; nephew, Brody Horine of Shelbyville; and several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Shannon Funeral Home with Dr. Billy Betts officiating. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Grove Hill Cemetery. Expression of sympathy may be made to the Christ Community Church in Shelbyville.
