Born in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Abram L. and Lillie M. Kershner Hoover. She was the widow of Maxwell E. Stine. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She was a member of the Christ Reformed Church. She had been employed by the Hagerstown Shoe Company for a number of years prior to her retirement.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Donna M. Stockslager, Hagerstown; son, Robert M. Blickenstaff, Hagerstown; and 4 granddaughters.
Services Thursday at 10 am at Rest Haven Funeral Home, the Rev. C. Larry Fisher officiating; burial in Rest Haven Cemetery.
