Surviving: parents, Charles and Sarah Smith Honaker of Sias; husband Warren Adkins; sons Blenard, Bacil, Bennie and Wendell of East Liverpool, Ohio, Bernie of Lyons, Ohio, daughters, Mrs. Rumzy Byrd of Sweetland, Mrs. Lou Adkins of Sias, Mrs. Sarah Cooper of Palermo, Mrs. Thelma Adkins of East Liverpool, Miss Sue Adkins of Alliance, Ohio, Mrs. Dianne Cummings of St. Albans; brothers, Collie and Billy Honaker of Sias, Claude of Sweetland; sisters, Mrs. Opal Adkins, Mrs. Estel Adkins of Hamlin, Mrs. Nellie Plumley and Lena Adkins of Sias. Services were held Thursday August 26, 1976 at 2 p.m. at the Big Laurel Church, with the Rev Russell Adkins and the Rev. Oshel Bell officiating. Burial was in Walker Adkins Cemetery.
