Funeral services for Carolyn Hollier Bercier, 80, will be at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, in Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Lawrence Hidalgo will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation is from 2 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Mrs. Bercier died at 6:15 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, 1999, in her residence. She was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles. Survivors include one daughter, Carolyn Ann Bercier of New Orleans; one sister, Jardell Hollier McMillan of Alexandria, Va.; and two grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Louisiana, 2132 Oak Park Blvd., Lake Charles, LA 70601, the family said.
