Born May 11, 1925, to Columbus Virgil and Minnie Mae Holliday.
She was a homemaker, a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Fort Smith and a member of the Carl Smith Sunday school class.
Preceded in death by her husband, Gerald, she is survived by her son, Tom and daughter-in-law Gina Gammill of Fort Smith; one granddaughter, Paige Gammill of Fort Smith; and one grandson, Denton Gammill of Tulsa.
A celebration of her life will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kim Cloninger officiating. Following the service, there will a catered reception for her many friends whom she loved and cherished and her family in the chapel vestibule.
There will be a private burial at the U.S. National Cemetery.
