Survivors include her mother Mary Hoffman-Savage of Salem, her husband of 16 years, David whom she married on November 14, 1998; two daughters Phoenix Kurpil and Nichole Kurpil, both of Alliance and a granddaughter Cora Kurpil. She is also survived by two brothers William A. (Patricia) Hoffman of Homeworth, Brian S. (Joanne) Hoffman of Louisville, niece Ashley (Grant) Brown of Boardman, nephew Patrick Stecker of Homeworth, a great niece McKenna Brown and her dog Wilson. She was preceded in death by her father William V. Hoffman.
Interment will take place in North Georgetown Cemetery.
