Mrs. Eddie Lee Hite, 66, passed away Tursday afternoon in a local hospital. She was the wife of E. J. Baldwin, a retired Southern Railway employe. She was a lifelong resident of Rossville, other than the past 12 years when she and Mr. Baldwin resided in Apopka, Fla. Mrs. Baldwin was a member of the Cloud Springs Baptist Church. Survivors are husband, E. J. Baldwin; three daughters, Mrs. Marvin Nolen and Mrs. B. A. Tingle, Rossville; Mrs. G. W. Usmiller, Clearwater, Fla.; two sons, Harold Baldwin, Clearwater Fla., and S.Sgt. Ralph M. Baldwin, with the Air Force in California; two sisters, Mrs. John C. Matthews, Atlanta, GA.; Mrs. Vada Smith, Urichsville, Ohio; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Charles Dunn and Rev. Frank Newton officiating. Pallbearers will be Cicero Huskey, Roy Stanford, Melvin Stafford, Thomas Earls, G. W. Tingle and Tom Pierson. Honorary pallbearers will be the Ladies' Bible Class of Cloud Springs Baptist Church.
