Mrs. Bobbie J Hinton, age 78 of Quitman, died Friday, January 27, 2012 at Northern Louisiana Medical Center in Ruston following a lengthy illness.
Friends may visit with the family Sunday, January 29, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Southern Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held, 10:00 AM Monday, January 30, 2012 at Antioch Cumberland Presbyterian Church near Quitman with Reverend Gerry Phillips officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Hinton is survived by her husband, Archie Z. Hinton; sons, Gerald Hinton and wife Shirleena, Kemp Hinton and wife Penny; daughters, Kathy Lowrey and husband Rickey, Barbara Lowrey and husband Mark; sisters, Mary Hall of Vicksburg, Ms. and Billie Ruth Hartfield of Brookhaven, Ms.; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Hinton was preceded in death by her parents, William Hallison Ryals and Della (McGaha) Ryals; brothers, James Ryals and Charley Ryals.
Pallbearers will be Monty Hinton, Cody Hinton, Dusty Hinton, Johnathan Davis, Blake Stephenson and Harry Wooldridge.
