Mrs. Mable Rae Davis, age 87, of Wynne, Arkansas, died Monday, June 4, 2007 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Mrs. Davis was a life long resident of Cross County and a graduate of Vanndale High School. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Home Demonstration Club and the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters: Glenda Grafton and husband Thomas B of Vanndale, Arkansas; Belinda Fronabarger & husband Gary of Wynne, Arkansas; sisters: Doris Hare of Wynne; June Sanders and Carolyn Lewis both of Memphis; five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Homer Berry Hinton and Irene Cook Hinton; husband: Glen Davis; son: Glen Davis, Jr.; brother: Homer Hinton, Jr. and sister: Margaret Gardner.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Kernodle Funeral Home with burial in Akins Cemetery, Vanndale, Arkansas. Visitation for Mrs. Davis will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kernodle Funeral Home.
