Mrs. Sarah M. Bowers died yesterday evening at 7:45 o'clock, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Cunningham, near Clearspring, aged 74 years.
She is survived by the following children: Mrs. William Cunningham, near Clearspring; Mrs. Adam Detrich, Tilghmanton; Mrs. Hallie Turner and Mrs. Lloyd Davis, Hagerstown; Mrs. William Ardinger, Williamsport, and Harvey I. Bowers, Pittsburgh. Several grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
The body may be viewed until Friday morning at the Snyder-Rowland funeral home in Clearspring. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon, services at the home of Mrs. Cunningham at 2 o'clock, with Rev. Rowland Reichard officiating; interment in Funkstown Cemetery.
