Margaret Cloe (Hill) Condren, 92 of Van Buren died Monday, April 7, 2014.
She was born May 20, 1921 in Alma, AR to the late James and Catherine (James) Hill.

She was a 1939 graduate of Fort Smith High School and also graduated from Draughons Business College. She married Stewart Condren on April 18, 1941. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Van Buren and was active in many roles until her illness. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Boston Store and Eads Brothers in Fort Smith and People's Bank in Van Buren. She and her husband were members of the Road Hogs and enjoyed traveling to the University of Arkansas football and basketball games.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death her husband, her sister Treva (Hill) McGinnis, her brother Gerald Hill, and two aunts Lonnie "Bill" James and Margaret Adams.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Friday, April 11, 2014 at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith with Reverend Rita Wilson presiding. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.

She is survived by her son Dr. Mike Condren and his wife Reverend Jan Condren of Tahlequah, OK, two grandchildren, Virginia (Condren) Cruanes and her husband Patrick, and Matthew Condren, and one great grandson Shawn Reason all of Metairie, LA.
