Tyler is survived by his parents, William Highlander and Christina Roy; three brothers, Brenton Roy of Rupert, Jamie Highlander of Lilly Park, and Travis Highlander of Shady Spring; three sisters, Shayla Highlander and Haven Highlander, both of Rupert, and Tanya Highlander of Shady Spring. Grandparents are Connie and Howard Kennedy of Pinkerington, Ohio, and Shelby Highlander of Rupert, W.Va., and Gary Roy of Aurora, W.Va. Also extended family includes aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
