Mrs. Jeanette Hicks Allen, 59, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2012 at her residence after an extended illness. She was a licensed practical nurse and had worked at Neshoba County Nursing Home. Her hobbies were flowers, gardening & fishing. She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her parents, Bolie Hicks & Earvine Chunn Hicks; son, Guy Edwards, granddaughter; step-grandchildren.

Mrs. Allen is survived by her husband, Danny Allen of Philadelphia, MS

Graveside services for Mrs. Jeanette Hicks Allen were held Monday, June 18, 2012, at 10 a.m. from Mt. Olive Cemetery in the Stephenstown Community.
