Diana was born October 13, 1946, to Billy Ray Fleming and Doris Marie Stone in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She attended school in Wichita Falls and graduated from Rider High School. She earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Biology and Medical Technology from Midwestern University. Diana married Ronnie Hicks on February 18, 1984, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Diana had a lifelong love and passion for learning, and as a result; after her retirement, she trained as a paralegal. Diana also had a love for music. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church where she taught Disciple classes with her husband, Ronnie.
Diana was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Stephen Wayne Fleming. She is survived by her loving husband Ronnie Hicks of Wichita Falls, Texas; one sister Patti Huffines and husband Jim of Lake Jackson, Texas; one brother Jerry Fleming of Wichita Falls, Texas and several nieces and nephews.
The family will be at the funeral home Friday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. for visitation.
