She married Paul Julian Heylmun on April 25, 1945, at the Church of Christ in Columbiana County, Ohio. Paul Julian Heylmun was the son of Julian W. and Charlotte (Fescemeyer) Heylmun. They had one child during their marriage. She died on October 12, 2008, in Minerva, Ohio, at the age of 85, and was buried there.
