Naomi Mae Richey, 84, a lifelong resident of Manassas, died at Commonwealth Care Center, Fairfax, Virginia.

Mrs. Richey was the daughter of the late Van Rhine and Effie Davis Herndon. She was a charter member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Manassas where she served in several positions in the church and was co-founder and co-owner of Richey's Flower Shop in Manassas. She was one of eight siblings.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Hamilton Richey.

Survivors include five children, two sisters, five brothers, seven granddaughters; seven grandsons and seven great-grandchildren.
