Mrs. E.E. Blair Dies Tuesday Afternoon At Her Residence
Mrs. Esther Ellen Blair, 82, succumbed Tuesday at 4 pm at her Pascagoula residence, 435 Canty Street. A native of Waynesboro, she has lived in Pascagoula since 1917. She was a member of Waynesboro Baptist church.
Mrs. Blair is survived by four sons, Charles P., Longdale, Calif., Calvin O., Daisy Vestry, Johnny E. and Robert E., Pascagoula; 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday at Fails in Pascagoula by the Rev Cecil Warbington and the Rev M.S. Varnado pastor of the Calvary Baptist church.
Interment was in Machpelah cemetery, and pall bearers were M.D. George, W.G. Kicklighter, George Chamblee, W.C. Young, M.P. Aldridge and Roy Pike.
