Donald O. Hendrix, 92, Grove City, died May 28, 2004. He was born April 4, 1912, in Cadyville, NY, and came to the Charlotte County area in 1979 from there.
He was a dispatcher for 43 years with New York State Electric & Gas. He was a member of Lemon Bay Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Englewood.
Survivors include his wife, Vera; daughters Barbara Arana of Englewood and Marcia Atwell of Remsen, NY; stepsons Jack Antcliff of Englewood and Larry Antcliff of Greenville, Mich; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Lemon Bay Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Inurnment will be later in Cadyville Cemetery in New York.
