Eunice Reeves Hendrix, 86, of 213 Old Piedmont Highway, died suddenly Sunday, Oct. 22, 2000, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
A lifelong resident of Greenville, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Carlos Hipps Reeves and widow of Mr. Willis Jewell Hendrix. A retired employee of J.P. Stevens Co.-Dunean Plant, she was a member of the Washington Ave. Baptist Church and the Faith Workers Sunday School Class.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Shelby Hendrix of Greensboro, N.C.; two sisters, Valores Murrell and Juanita Stovall, both of Greenville; two grandchildren and their spouses, Jim and Pam McManus and Jeff and Jamie Hendrix; three great-grandchildren, Kyle McManus, Tonya McManus and Elizabeth Hendrix.
Visitation will be held 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Chapel. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Memorial Park.
The family is at the residence.
