Mr. Hembree was a retired teamster.
He was a member of Tuxedo Park Baptist Church, Indianapolic; Monument Lodge; Scottish Rite; Murat Temple; Order of Eastern Star; and White Shrine.
Survivors include wife, Gladys (York) Hembree; children, Lawrence, Thomas, Fred and Earlal stepsons Louis and Steven McQueen; and several grandchildren.
No funeral services are planned. Pasco Memorial Mortuary handled funeral arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to the Murat Temple.
