Margaret Kay "Kay" Allen, 53 years, of North Bend, Nebraska died Thursday, September 11, 2014 at her home. Margaret was born January 24, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio to John and Donna (Ungland) Heflin. Kay lived in Ohio until the age of thirteen. She then lived in Texas and Arizona until 2006 when she moved to North Bend. She was a homemaker. She married Peter Allen in Phoenix, Arizona on December 13, 1986.

Kay is survived by her husband, Peter; son, Cory Allen of Wahoo, Nebraska and fiancé, Samantha Ligon; daughters, Angelique Marie Allen of Omaha, Nebraska and Brittany Nichole Allen of North Bend; mother, Donna Heflin of Ripley, Ohio; brothers, Johnny Heflin and Duane Heflin of Ripley; sisters, Charlene and husband, Edward Stone of Maysville, Kentucky, Connie Heflin of Cincinnati, Ohio, Carol Boardsman of Florida and Cindy Gibson of California; and grandson, Corey John Allen of Wahoo.
