Clark and Fannie married in 1861 Illinois when he was 39, she was 21. They had twelve children. The first six were born in Illinois, the next in Tennessee, the last five in Texas including an adopted daughter (#10). Twelve children in twenty years. Fannie died four years after her youngest child was born. Three of their children died in her lifetime. Clark was left with nine children between the ages of 23 and 4 years of age when his wife died at age 45. He was 63.
Fannie W. Wallace was born 17 September 1840 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and died 20 December 1885 in Hico, Hamilton County, Texas. She married (19)Clark Heavenhill 25 September 1861 in Kendall County, Illinois.
Clark4 Havenhill (George3, Oliver (Ulrich)2, Valentine1 Himmelberger) was born 24 August 1822 in Hardin County, Kentucky, and died 6 June 1908 in Hammon, Rogers Mills County, Oklahoma.

Fannie was originally buried in Day Cemetery, Tarrant County, Texas as was her son Russell and daughter Emily.
In 1949 the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers moved the graves from this cemetery and four other cemeteries during the construction of Benbrook Lake. The new resting place was the Merinda Seminary Graveyard, now known as Benbrook Cemetery. All of the information on this page was abstracted from the Corp of Engineers 1949 report titled "Cemetery Relocation Plan, Benbrook Dam and Reservoir." Relocation was supervised by Mrs. Day (Fannie's eldest daughter, Amanda Havenhill).
