She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward A. Banaskiewicz, on July 18, 2000; three brothers, Raymond Hayes, Wilbur and Arthur Johnson; and three sisters, Myrtle Rice, Hazel Gibson and Ethel Hayes.
She is survived by a daughter, Ellen May Johnson, of East Springfield Twp; two grandchildren, Cindy Griffin (Phillip), of Cramerton, N.C., and James Johnson of Hilliard, Ohio; two great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Florence Crocoll, of Erie.
