Memorial services were held in Milmine Bretheran Fellowship Church with burial in Bement Cemetery.

She was born in Galva; was a member of Milmine Christian Church. She married Linley Hawver in 1921. He died in 1965.

Surviving are her daughter, Dorothy Harvey of Denver; three granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.
