Edith was an active member of the LDS Church and served diligently in many callings. She liked to crochet and was an avid Jazz fan.
She is survived by her children Geraldine (Bob) Decius, Bob (Louise) Hansen and Linda (Grant) Perkins; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister and best friend Mary Black; sister-in-law Beulah Hawkins and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; infant daughter; 2 brothers Bill and Jim Hawkins and a special nephew Ron Black.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 13, 2008 at 11:00 am at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden. Friends may call at the mortuary Sunday, October 12th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and Monday prior to the service from 10:00 to 10:45 am.
Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
