Anna Pearl Herbert Hatch, 64, of West Valley, died peacefully in her sleep Saturday, October 8, 1994, in her home. She was born October 2, 1930, in Springville, Utah, to Robert Elwood and Zerma Ann Davis Herbert. She married W. Jay Willes in the Salt Lake Temple and was later divorced. She married Farris Lee Hatch May 7, 1964, in Springville. He preceded her in death. She is survived by her mother Zerma Ann Herbert, Springville; five children: Alan Willes, Provo; Craig (Cathy) Willes, Atlanta, GA; LeeAnn (Kevin) Hansen, Salt Lake City; Karen (Bill) Moore, West Valley; Ryan (Jennifer) Hatch, Cedar City; three brothers: Bob Herbert, CA; Cary and David Herbert, Payson; one sister, Phyllis Lyman, Nevada; 12 grandchildren. Burial was October 12, 1994.
