Clara Boyack Shiner Hatch, age 88, passed away March 21, 1998 at Castle Country Care Center in Price.

Born December 31, 1909 in Spanish Fork, Utah. Daughter of Robert and Lillian Christina Brockbank Boyack. Married George Shiner in March, 1931, he later died. Married C.C. Hatch in December 1956, he later died. Member LDS Church. Graduated from Spanish Fork High School. Resident of Carbon County for 67 years. Clara loved her gardening in her home. She was an Avon representative for 30 years. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Survived by three daughters, one son and spouses, Diane and Lee J. Worley, Wellington; Pat J. and Carl Berensen, South Jordan; Sue Horvath, Price; Eddie Monte Shiner, West Valley; brother, Harold Boyack, Provo; sister, Zoe Jorgensen, Salt Lake City. Also survived by eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; son-in-law, Jim Horvath; granddaughter, Cindy Horvath; three brothers and one sister.

Funeral service Wednesday, March 25, 1998, 11 a.m., Mitchell Chapel. Family will be at Mitchell's Tuesday evening, 7-8 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to services. Interment Price City Cemetery.
