The funeral service was held at 2:00 o'clock Tuesday afternoon from Sivert Funeral Home in Sumner, with the Rev. Kenneth Provines officiating, Interment was in Sumner Cemetery.
A Richland County native, he was born January 28, 1893, a son of Henry and Frances Brian Hasler. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Fletcher Hasler; one son, Melvin and two grandchildren.
His survivors include: three sons, Darrell Hasler of Olney, Keith Hasler and Elwin Hasler, both of Brookfield; four sisters, Mrs. Ella Wiegel and Mrs. Mary Fletcher of Sumner, Mrs. Lily Bell Provines of Sumner Route 1, and Miss Lulabell Hasler of Claremont Route 2; two brothers, Roy Hasler of Claremont route 2 and Vernon Hasler of Sumner; seven grandchildren and seven great-granddaughters.
