Rebecca J. Blystone, age 59, of Canal Winchester, went to be with the Lord at her home, and surrounded by her beloved family on Thursday, May 15, 2008. She was born January 15, 1949, in Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by father Virgil G. Harrison in 1996. Survived by husband, Joseph; daughter, Katherine Harrison Haley; step-sons, Joshua, Sean and Kevin; mother, Ina Marie Harrison; sisters, Janet Jordan and Jill Davidson; nephews, James and John. Rebecca was a retired school teacher for Groveport Madison Middle School and was very involved working on their farm. She was an active member of the Ohio Sheep Improvement Association. Friends may visit Saturday from 5-8 p.m. at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, where funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday.
